1.2316 is a kind of pre hardened and tempered plastic tool steel. Excellent corrosion resistance, excellent wear resistance and toughness, good thermal fatigue resistance, uniform material hardness and superior polishing performance. 1.2316 tool steel is especially suitable for thermoplastic corrosive plastics, transparent and mirror products and molds.

1.2767 steel has good wear resistance, high toughness, high hardness, high compressive strength, excellent dimensional stability, excellent corrosion resistance, good polishing and pin cutting performance, and easy to achieve mirror effect. Good hardenability, air cooling hardening, good machining performance.

HMD-1 steel has high wear resistance and durability. HMD-1 steel contains high alloying elements, so it can still maintain high hardness and cutting performance at high temperatures. Low carbon content, high toughness and plasticity, able to maintain tool integrity under high-strength working conditions.

NAK80 steel is a pre hardened plastic mold steel with high hardness (HRC37-43), excellent mirror polishing properties, and good electrical discharge machining performance. It is suitable for high-precision injection molds, optical product molds, and other scenarios. The pre hardening characteristics of NAK80 steel can reduce the risk of heat treatment deformation, while also having good weldability and corrosion resistance.
