Our company has a whole process production line of smelting, refining, forging, annealing and machining. It mainly produces all kinds of high-quality die steel and tool steel. The company has complete supporting equipment, production processes of the whole industrial chain and advanced technology. There are 10 ton off furnace refining + vacuum degassing production line, 6 1-6 ton electroslag remelting furnaces, several 1-3 ton electro-hydraulic hammers, 3 natural gas and electric annealing furnaces, 12 sawing machines, and several processing equipment such as gantry milling machine, CNC double head milling machine, lathe and machining center.

The production process is carried out in strict accordance with national and industrial standards. The production is controlled in the whole process from material selection, refining, forging, heat treatment and surface treatment, and passes the strict testing of surface, microstructure, metallography and mechanical properties. The products are forged with high quality. The company has passed ISO9001:2000 quality management certification.
