Compared to similar materials, 1.2714 steel has better resistance to softening and processing adaptability, making it the preferred material for high-end hot work molds.

56NiCrMoV7 steel, with its nickel chromium molybdenum vanadium multi-element alloy design, perfectly balances strength (quenching hardness 62HRC+), toughness (impact resistance), and wear resistance, making it particularly suitable for precision die-casting molds/forging dies. 56NiCrMoV7 steel has small heat treatment deformation (<0.05%), good hardenability, and is compatible with nitriding treatment, increasing its service life by 2-3 times.
