3Cr17NiMo MOD STEEl is a kind of pre hardened and tempered plastic tool steel. Excellent corrosion resistance, excellent wear resistance and toughness, good thermal fatigue resistance, uniform material hardness and superior polishing performance. 3Cr17NiMo MOD STEEL is especially suitable for thermoplastic corrosive plastics, transparent and mirror products and molds.

1.2316 is a kind of pre hardened and tempered plastic tool steel. Excellent corrosion resistance, excellent wear resistance and toughness, good thermal fatigue resistance, uniform material hardness and superior polishing performance. 1.2316 tool steel is especially suitable for thermoplastic corrosive plastics, transparent and mirror products and molds.

1.2767 steel has good wear resistance, high toughness, high hardness, high compressive strength, excellent dimensional stability, excellent corrosion resistance, good polishing and pin cutting performance, and easy to achieve mirror effect. Good hardenability, air cooling hardening, good machining performance.

HMD-1 steel has high wear resistance and durability. HMD-1 steel contains high alloying elements, so it can still maintain high hardness and cutting performance at high temperatures. Low carbon content, high toughness and plasticity, able to maintain tool integrity under high-strength working conditions.

1.2601 is used to manufacture various cold punching dies and tools with large cross-section, complex shape and heavy working conditions, such as punching die, trimming die, edge rolling die, steel plate deep drawing die, circular saw, standard tools and gauges, thread rolling die, etc.

O2 steel, as a typical oil quenched die steel, exhibits superior hardness and wear resistance as its core characteristics. After standardized heat treatment, the hardness of O2 steel remains stable in the range of 58-62 HRC, with high carbon content (1.55-1.70%) forming uniform carbides with chromium elements, significantly improving the material's wear resistance, especially suitable for high load stamping scenarios. O2 steel is widely used in the manufacturing of small punching dies, gauges, and machine tool screws.

SKD1 steel, as a classic cold work mold material, has achieved high hardness performance of 58-61HRC through optimized alloy ratio and heat treatment process, making it particularly suitable for cold stamping molds and scissor blades that require extreme wear resistance. SKD1 steel has excellent heat treatment stability. After quenching, low-temperature tempering can eliminate stress and minimize deformation during hot working. SKD1 steel can meet the precision forming requirements of complex molds and has a wide range of applications in fields such as automotive parts and electronic stamping.

M42 high-speed steel is a high-quality cobalt high-speed steel. Its chemical composition is designed specifically for high hardness and excellent thermal hardness.
