Cold Work Tool Steel

SKD1 steel, as a classic cold work mold material, has achieved high hardness performance of 58-61HRC through optimized alloy ratio and heat treatment process, making it particularly suitable for cold stamping molds and scissor blades that require extreme wear resistance. SKD1 steel has excellent heat treatment stability. After quenching, low-temperature tempering can eliminate stress and minimize deformation during hot working. SKD1 steel can meet the precision forming requirements of complex molds and has a wide range of applications in fields such as automotive parts and electronic stamping.

D3 steel has good wear resistance and is suitable for making dies and punches with low impact load and high wear resistance, cold shear knives, drill sleeves, gauges, wire drawing dies, etc.

9CrWMn steel is a cold work die steel with high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and small quenching deformation, known as "micro deformation steel". 9CrWMn steel is particularly suitable for manufacturing high-precision molds with small cross-sections and complex shapes, such as cold stamping dies, gauges, etc.

1.2842 steel is suitable for manufacturing precision measuring tools, templates, small stamping/cold pressing/carving/cutting molds, and machine tool screws and other structural components. 1.2842 steel is also commonly used to manufacture cold stamping dies and tools with large cross-sections, complex shapes, and heavy working conditions, such as stamping dies, trimming dies, grinding dies, steel plate deep drawing dies, circular saws, standard tools and gauges, rolling dies, etc.

A2 Tool Steel is a versatile, air-hardening tool steel that is characterized by good toughness and excellent dimensional stability in heat treatment.

NC6 steel is a tool steel with medium to high hardness, good processing performance, and excellent wear resistance, mainly used for manufacturing cutting tools, drill bits, stamping molds, etc. NC6 steel has small bending and dimensional changes during quenching, but low toughness and poor tempering resistance.

1.2363 steel has excellent wear resistance and compressive strength, while maintaining good toughness, making it particularly suitable for manufacturing high-precision cold work molds.

X153CrMoV12 steel is suitable for making all kinds of cold stamping dies with large cross-section and complex shape, as well as cold cutting scissors and thread taking plates; Cold extrusion forming, trimming die, etc

X210CrW12 steel is a high carbon, high chromium tungsten alloy tool steel, belonging to cold work die steel. X210CrW12 steel is renowned for its excellent wear resistance, high hardness, and good dimensional stability, making it particularly suitable for manufacturing high-precision, high wear resistant cold work molds and tools.

1.2358 mold steel has excellent wear resistance and good processing performance, and is widely used in industrial fields such as automotive parts stamping molds, injection mold inserts, precision shear blades, and hot forging molds below 600 ℃ (requiring coating). 1.2358 steel is particularly suitable for high-precision and high load mold manufacturing requirements.
