1.2344 steel is suitable for hot die processing, die casting and extrusion dies, wear-resistant tools, die-casting tools, light metal and heavy metal pressing tools.

H13 Steel is used to manufacture forging dies, hot extrusion dies and precision forging dies with large impact load; Die casting dies for aluminum, copper and their alloys.

H12 hot working die steel has good heat resistance, good strength and hardness at high temperature, high wear resistance and toughness, and good thermal fatigue performance.

H12 hot working die steel is generally recommended for hot working applications that require most crack resistance. These applications include hot punches, die casting molds, forming molds, hot scissors, hot fixture molds and extrusion tools.

H11 steel is often used to manufacture die-casting die, hot extrusion die, punching tool and mandrel of aluminum castings, as well as hammer forging die with complex cavity and large impact load, integral die or insert of forging press, high wear-resistant plastic die, etc.

1.2581 hot work die steel is a commonly used die casting die steel. It has high strength and hardness, good cold and hot fatigue resistance, and good hardenability.

1.2343 steel is suitable for aluminum alloy, zinc alloy die-casting die, extrusion die, cold blanking and hot shearing.

SKD61 steel is suitable for hot work, aluminum, magnesium, zinc, copper alloy die-casting die, slotting cutter, scissors and hot forging action, plastic mold, hot work reamer, rolling cutter, general hot work forging die, hot bolt die, hot room tools, etc.

1.2746 mold steel is a high-performance tool steel with good wear resistance, toughness, and thermal fatigue resistance.

56NiCrMoV7 is a hot forging die steel with high wear resistance. Its composition design features: good toughness, high strength and good wear resistance.
