4Cr5MoSiV1 steel is mainly used for manufacturing hot extrusion molds, die-casting molds, hot forging molds, etc. 4Cr5MoSiV1 steel is widely used in industries such as automotive, machinery, and electronics.

1.2358 mold steel has excellent wear resistance and good processing performance, and is widely used in industrial fields such as automotive parts stamping molds, injection mold inserts, precision shear blades, and hot forging molds below 600 ℃ (requiring coating). 1.2358 steel is particularly suitable for high-precision and high load mold manufacturing requirements.

The hardness of DC53 steel reaches 62-63HRC and its toughness is twice that of SKD11, with a 20% increase in wear resistance and excellent processing performance. DC53 steel has become an ideal material for harsh working conditions such as precision punching dies and cold forging dies, demonstrating excellent cost-effectiveness advantages in processing difficult to form materials such as stainless steel and silicon steel sheets.

1.2362 steel is a high alloy hot work die steel designed for extreme working conditions. Through composition and process optimization, it combines high hardness, wear resistance, thermal stability, and toughness, maintaining stability under harsh conditions such as high temperature and high pressure. 1.2362 steel is widely used in aerospace, automotive manufacturing, and precision industry.

1.2085 steel is a pre hardened martensitic stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance and good mechanical processing performance. It is particularly suitable for plastic molds and cold work molds that require rust prevention, especially for processing corrosive plastic materials.

38CrMoV5-3 steel has high high temperature strength, high temperature wear resistance and crack propagation resistance. 38CrMoV5-3 steel is usually used for hot forging dies with high service life requirements, aluminum and zinc die casting dies. Aluminum alloy, copper alloy extrusion die, complex extrusion die.

1.2345 steel, as a material for die-casting molds, is suitable for manufacturing high-temperature components of aluminum/magnesium alloys and can extend the life of zinc/copper alloy die-casting molds through surface strengthening processes. In the field of hot processing, its high temperature stability supports the long-term use of titanium alloy extrusion molds and automotive forging hot forging dies. In the application of plastic molds, 1.2345 steel has the ability to withstand high temperature engineering plastic injection molding and optical grade surface treatment, while exhibiting better wear resistance than traditional materials in precision stamping and powder metallurgy fields.

56NiCrMoV7 steel, with its nickel chromium molybdenum vanadium multi-element alloy design, perfectly balances strength (quenching hardness 62HRC+), toughness (impact resistance), and wear resistance, making it particularly suitable for precision die-casting molds/forging dies. 56NiCrMoV7 steel has small heat treatment deformation (<0.05%), good hardenability, and is compatible with nitriding treatment, increasing its service life by 2-3 times.

X40CrMoV5-1 steel, as a hot work die steel, is characterized by its excellent high-temperature performance combination, which combines high toughness and high-temperature strength, making it particularly suitable for repeated thermal cycling conditions such as die-casting molds; X40CrMoV5-1 steel undergoes electroslag remelting process to ensure material uniformity, and with optimized heat treatment process, it can achieve 48-52HRC hardness. X40CrMoV5-1 steel has excellent resistance to thermal fatigue, aluminum/copper alloy erosion, and extremely low heat treatment deformation rate. After surface nitriding treatment, the hardness can reach HV1000 or above, significantly extending the mold life.
