1.2080 steel has high wear resistance and long service life, and is suitable for various cold stamping dies, cold shear blades, thread take-up plates and other complex and possibly deformed tool dies.

D3 steel is suitable for concave and convex dies, inserts, stretching and blanking dies, wire rollers, punches, scissors, etc. with complex shapes.

Cr12 Steel is suitable for the manufacture of cold working dies with complex shape and requiring wear resistance, small deformation and stress, such as silicon steel sheet punching die, thread rolling die and drawing die.

SKD1 steel, as a classic cold work mold material, has achieved high hardness performance of 58-61HRC through optimized alloy ratio and heat treatment process, making it particularly suitable for cold stamping molds and scissor blades that require extreme wear resistance. SKD1 steel has excellent heat treatment stability. After quenching, low-temperature tempering can eliminate stress and minimize deformation during hot working. SKD1 steel can meet the precision forming requirements of complex molds and has a wide range of applications in fields such as automotive parts and electronic stamping.

D3 steel has good wear resistance and is suitable for making dies and punches with low impact load and high wear resistance, cold shear knives, drill sleeves, gauges, wire drawing dies, etc.
