A2 steel is a cold work die steel with balanced performance: excellent hardenability, uniform hardness after quenching of large sections; Strong wear resistance, carbide particles delay wear and prolong life; Excellent toughness, impact resistance and minimal cracking under high hardness; Good processability, easy to process in annealed state, quickly recovers high strength after heat treatment, suitable for cold stamping, cutting tools and other scenarios.

SKD11 tool steel is a high wear-resistant cold working die steel, which belongs to air hardened tool steel. It can be used to manufacture cold working die steel with large section, complex shape, large impact force and high wear resistance. SKD11 tool steel is suitable for complex and possibly deformed tool steel, all kinds of cold stamping dies with high wear resistance and long life, cold shear blades and wire rubbing plates; Cold extrusion forming, drawing die, beer stainless steel sheet and blanking die for high hardness materials, etc.

SKD1 steel, as a classic cold work mold material, has achieved high hardness performance of 58-61HRC through optimized alloy ratio and heat treatment process, making it particularly suitable for cold stamping molds and scissor blades that require extreme wear resistance. SKD1 steel has excellent heat treatment stability. After quenching, low-temperature tempering can eliminate stress and minimize deformation during hot working. SKD1 steel can meet the precision forming requirements of complex molds and has a wide range of applications in fields such as automotive parts and electronic stamping.

D3 steel has good wear resistance and is suitable for making dies and punches with low impact load and high wear resistance, cold shear knives, drill sleeves, gauges, wire drawing dies, etc.
